KidsWheels LLC offers an SMS and MMS customer support program for product questions, product compatibility, troubleshooting, orders, shipping, tracking, returns, replacements, and warranty assistance.
Customers opt in to SMS and MMS customer support by voluntarily initiating a text message to the KidsWheels customer support number displayed on our website or customer support materials.
KidsWheels responds to customer-initiated messages with conversational customer support. Customers may also voluntarily submit photographs by MMS when helpful for product identification or troubleshooting.
